Yay – it’s Friday – not much to report today
Have completed my boring admin task and am going to reward myself with some nice lunch.
Have already started the weekend from last night – had dinner out with some girlfriends
My friend L’s new year resolution was to give up smoking which she had done so for 7 days – until last that is – when our other friend, K – who smokes illicitly on our ladies nights out, twisted L’s rubber arm to have a couple of smokes!!!
We then proceeded on to drinking strawberry daiquiris – delicious!!
Could only have one as I was the DD (designated driver)
As usual we had a blast, especially when we thought the salt and pepper grinders had batteries and would have been put to better use as vibrators.
Made it home in one piece sans any roadblocks. Arrived home to HTB and kitty waiting patiently for me. Proceeded to bed with said HTB and kitty and konked out.
